How to Bid


We offer live online bidding for auction. Register to bid online at least a day prior to the sale. Buyer’s premium will be applied to all online purchases.



Phone bidding is available for out-of-area residents for our auction only on items estimated at $1,000 or above. Please contact a representative prior to the auction to arrange a phone bid. buyer’s premium will be applied to all purchases.

If you cannot attend one of our sales in person, you may arrange a proxy bid. Contact a representative or submit your bid in person.




Up-to-date photos of our merchandise are posted on our website at the beginning of each auction. A fully illustrated catalog will be available prior to each auction.

Previews for  auctions take place the week prior to the sale. Thursday—Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our gallery. 

We will appreciate if you could make an appointment before you come.


After Auction


1) Buyer will receive an invoice within three (3) business days after the auction, payment must be completed within 7 days. Any invoice with an outstanding balance of Five (5) days after the auction may be canceled and the sale rescinded without further notice to the Buyer.


2) It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the auction house for paying the /payment after purchasing. We recommend the bidder to use the pay Online payment collecting system for the purchase.


A) We are offering an in-house shipping service to cut down costs, Buyer Pays Shipping cost includes shipping & handling & insurance. By providing one-stop service to make your procurement easier.

B) International buyers: Please note that import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

C) Shipping notes: We ship 10-15 Business day after the clearance of payment, We do take extra care in properly and professionally pack every item we ship out to our customers, through either UPS fully insured with tracking.

D)Pickup Service :

Around Thursday—Friday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our gallery. Please make appointment before coming.

We also can refer you to one of our vetted outside contractors. Please contact our office to request a list of approved vendors. 


The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium of 25%. For credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be added at the time of payment.
